party supplies I have been to Paper Party House quite a few times and everytime I go there I am not that impressed. The store is quite large and they have a variety of items to choose from, but the store itself seems like it needs a facelift. I believe it is very dark and some items seem to be dusty. (So you can tell the items have been sitting there for a while) The service has been ok and the prices are average.
rental I went to paper party house when I was throwing a surprise birthday party for my mom. This is truly a one stop deal. They had everything I needed. All decorations and all rentals. I was very impressed with the helpful service and the prices were very reasonable. The next time I throw a party I will definately go back to paper party house. They have everything you need.
Rented a bounce house through them. The lady at the counter was less than pleasant. Price was fair but there are other companies out there that will come and set it up for you for roughly the same price as these guys and the other companies don't require a deposit. Only have 4 bounce houses to choose from. Returned the bounce house with no issues now just still waiting for the $100 deposit to be credited back to my account. Been waiting for 1 week so far and my financial institution has no record of it even coming into them ... read more
paper goods I have found this party shop to be satisfactory. I do not think it is the best party shop to go to, but if you need something in a pinch then they could possibly work. The prices are average and the customer service is ok. I found everything I needed for my party, but I was not that impressed with their store.
