I tried calling several time and they kept hanging up on me. I've been calling about a partcular item that they are out of stock on and they offered to order it for me. They said they'd call me back. No call back. Now, when I call (I guess they see the caller id) they just pick up the phone and hang up. I don't get it, why couldn't they just say they can't help me so I can go with another company don't have to waste my time with them? I'll never call them again.
Stationery store I was very disappointed with this store. I had a problem with some invitations I ordered and the manager was very unhelpful. The problem was not at all resolved. I have found the clerks to be very unfriendly.
Poor customer service – My fiance and I went to Paper N More to look at wedding invitations. The sales associate who helped us sat us down with a book then left us to browse. She never checked back in with us, didn't offer to sit down with us and offer her suggestions, and when we did ask her questions, she didn't seem to be familiar enough with the product to help us.
