The man who works at the store is very helpful, but the woman who owns the store has very poor social skills. I am surprised that they are still in business as she offends everyone that she comes in contact with. She is offensive and curt, not very helpful and acts like it is a hassle to deal with her customers........
I used Paper Moon as my vendor for my chair covers at my wedding. I had confirmed weeks in advance the number of covers I would need. My mother picked them up the day before the wedding to take to the hall. I received a call on my Wedding day from Paper Moon to advise me I had ordered the wrong amount of covers.
