I walked into this store to have cards made. I knew what I wanted and wanted to see if they could make it. For starters, they would not let me use their Internet to pull up what I wanted on my iPad...I should have left then. I asked if I could use their computer to bring up the pix and was told "someone was on the computer". I will never come here again. – Clearly this business does not understand the concept of professionalism. The woman who helped us with wedding invitations seemed frazzled and rushed and complained about their sales for the past two years and was overwhelmed with her current clients. She even swore within our interaction. Great Customer Service and Invitations – I am writing this review because I am appalled by the previous review regarding Paper Moon Invitations. I ordered my invitations this past winter. I dealt with both the owner and her daughter, both were dressed very professional and were very informative. I received my invitations in a very timely manner and they exceeded my expectations. In my opinion it is the Wost place to get invitations!!! – I have been asked to change my review words will be different but the overall dis-satification will remain. I went to Paper Moon to order my wedding invitations and now wish I had never set foot in the store. In my opinion the employee we delt with seemed to be annoyed with helping us and didn't look that well groomed, just not someone I would want to represent my company, I guess I have different standards.
