My personal experience with paper envy was amazing. Debbie was extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient and helped us make decisions to create formal and elegant invites and wedding programs. She could not have been more gracious when we realized at the last minute we forgot to add the best man's name to the wedding program! Debbie went the extra mile and completely exceeded our expectations to fix our error. A good friend of mine used them for her wedding invites. They were unresponsive, did not meet deadlines, did not follow up as promised, could not create the images, charged for things that weren't completed, were resized to a non-standard envelope size (have to pay double postage of guests will have to pay the difference) and overall look cheap and the print is slightly blurry. When it was brought to them they were defensive and unapologetic. I would not recommend!
We used Paper Envy for the majority of our paper needs in our wedding. Debbie was wonderful to work with; we sat down together and went over all of the specifics in her office. Debbie has an incredible eye and ability to put on paper the vision we had drawn up in our head. We had several guests comment on how beautiful the décor was that came from Paper Envy.
