I LOVE Paperdoll!!! Every time i am in Jackson this is a MUST - they have a great selection of clothing, jewelry, and shoes! And on top of that precious employees who love to help me! If you are anywhere near Dogwood in Flowood, be sure to stop by! Affordable, trendy, and cute...even for the 40 and over set, like me!!!!
There were 3 girls behind the counter and no one greeted us or asked if they could help the entire time. They couldn’t speak to us but they could gossip about a boy named Steven. Lol won’t be back
Not sure if the girls working there don’t know how to talk or were just plain rude. No one spoke to us the whole time we were in the store or asked if they could help with anything. I guess gossiping at the register is more important than customers. Won’t be back!
Needed specific items wrapped. I realize it was a little bit of an inconvenience because it was multiple small items and I needed them wrapped. Went to a well known boutique across the street first because I was on that side of Dogwood. They were rude about helping so I made a phone call to Paperdoll and the precious girl on the phone said of course she’d help me. I arrived about 10 minutes later and she had my packages waiting on me and wrapped. She was so sweet. A+ customer service!!
