Great place, been going here for years!
I received virtual therapy with Stephanie and she's professional and charismatic. She always has new skills and educational resources for me. You can tell she keeps on top of the latest industry topics. She's helped me with EMDR and CBT therapy.
Update 4/2025 - Again problems with getting them to successfully and accurately call in refills. Called three times today, they never answered the phone at 7:05am, 10am, or 4:55pm. Received one call back at 9:30 that said they did it two days ago. No checking that actually went though, nor any follow up to 10am message. Office staff is very disappointing. I really miss Nurse Jenny Khan. This office has never been the same since. My last visit resulted in a false positive for COVID and a complete disregard for the chief complaints, which was a sinus and upper respiratory infection. They NEVER checked my E.N.T. for signs of infection, just a complete COVID (false) dismissal. Pretty much malpractice. My false positive was confirmed negative by another provider.
