I really miss Nurse Jenny Khan. This office has never been the same since. My last visit resulted in a false positive for COVID and a complete disregard for the chief complaints, which was a sinus and upper respiratory infection. They NEVER checked my E.N.T. for signs of infection, just a complete COVID (false) dismissal. Pretty much malpractice. My false positive was confirmed negative by another provider. Paper cranes saved the day for me last week. Total 5 star service by Stephanie and Carrie. I went in for bloodwork, my hand was the size of a football because I got stung by a bee- who knew I was allergic!!! They took care of it for me instead of sending me to the ER. Eternally grateful!
Never got a return phone call. Terrible when you really need help. Do better!
Doctors are good, office staff execution is not good. Always felt I was given accurate care. But have had many clerical problems where I have to call multiple times to get promised services completed. I had to call twice this week to get my prescriptions renewed, & I asked for a conformation call back when it was done. They finally renewed it after second call, but no one from the office called me back to confirm so I knew it was done. I specifically requested that conformation call twice.
