Great customer service! The UPS Store was lagging on print time and had some grumpy people working and I was able to get over here last minute and get my materials printed and my brochures folded! These ladies are amazing. I’ll be going here instead of UPS Hamilton now. Thank you! 🙏
I had one of the best experiences in dealing with a local business that I have ever had in my life. We needed funeral programs printed, and not only was the owner, Suzanne very compassionate and kind regarding the loss of our loved one, but she gave our family an incredible deal. The programs turned out absolutely beautiful, and she had them ready for us, folded and everything, the very next morning. I give a HUGE shout out to this local business! I won't be going anywhere else for printing needs in the future.
Tried them twice. First time, I had questions that were handled with a point to the section, without any advice. I had to ask more questions, and still went home lacking supplies. 2nd time, asked specifically if two supplies worked together, answered yes, but they dont. Both occasions appeared to care less if I was there or not. No offer to help. The town wants us to buy local. This shop doesn't appear to care one way or another.
