Had problem with my shade (painter removed shade to paint and put back together wrong). Paper Chase responded to our service call right away and fixed the problem for a reasonable price within a week. Great service
We are very satisfied with this company we chose for our shades. The sales person was very helpful in choosing fabric and color. The install was on time and made the proper adjustments to get the shade working properly. Thank you so much.

Horrible service by the manager of the store. The installers and the reception are great but the manager of the store (who is also the designer) is horrible at customer service. I never write reviews but the service I've received from her is so bad I had to. Multiple delays in my order which given the times is understandable but I could never reach her, left messages and she never calls back.
