This company has shady practices. First of all they stole water from my house, second they took reserved parking spot multiple times, third they pee on the street. I talked or the manager and I was ignored. I am working with tukwila city, they do this as a way to save costs. If owner message please talk to me. Please put honey buckets for your employees.
Pipe & Soon has been a complete nightmare in Tukwila near my house. Water theft, public urination by their workers, and when neighbors tried to speak to the manager, they were brushed off. No accountability at all. I am in process of working with city hall of Tukwila. I can share pictures if someone interested, my hope is for owner to see this as I have tried all avenues to fix this."
This company is outstanding. I couldn’t recommend anyone other than Pape & Sons for utility installations. Best people to work with.
Outstanding water main installation contractor. They have completed many projects for Lakewood Water District and others in the Tacoma area.
