I purchased an electric Hyster forklift, and Chad has been an amazing support, friendly and helpful. The company has been attentive to our concerns, and helped us find the right battery charger. The machine has worked like a champ.
I purchased a used hyster electric forklift from papè materials and handling. Was told it had been completely gone through and the battery was guaranteed to have at least 80% life. From the very beginning I had expressed my concerns that the battery wasn't fully charging and that it wouldn't charge for more than a couple hours. Come to find, they gave me the wrong charger.
