Please be very careful when dealing with this company!!! I bought a part that pape knew was a problem part and was defective. Put it on my tractor and it immediately fell apart after 20 minutes. Completely destroyed the engine. Pape, although knowing these parts were defective refused to own up to the mistake, and only covered the parts that were needed to fix my tractor and left me on the hook to cover the 20k in labor that was needed. the pape in sumner wa. sucks i ordered two carburators for stihl weed trimmer i waited two months contacting them every couple weeks all they would tell me is we will call when we receive it well after two months i was done waiting i canceled my order for refund i spent $113.00 its been 15 work days since i canceled my order and still haven't received my money back i paid cash they are ignorant employees he had my id right in front of him and he spelt my last name wrong after a month and a half i went to the buissness and ch... read more
