Going to a save place where you can openly talk and show your needs is Papaya Clinic. Specially when you are a first time mom. I had an appointment with Jasinta before Pilates clases and it was very helpful for my pregnancy preparation.
This was my first appointment. I loved that Papaya Clinic was run by women for women, so I thought I would try when I was in need of a physiotherapist. Jacinta was knowledgeable and the appointment was helpful. The service was exceptional, with a text an hour before saying she was running 5-10 minutes late which was so courteous and helpful. Cerys was great, she made me feel very welcomed and warm. The clinic is beautiful and so pretty.. there's a sense of comfort as soon as you walk in the door. The appointment was very thorough and informative! So glad I came across this clinic.
I am feeling much more ready for birth and post partum after my sessions with Cerys! I strongly recommend
