I visited Papaya Clinic for pelvic floor and upper back pain that I was experiencing during pregnancy. Considering they had 5 star ratings on google I expected great things but instead, I received a 5 min assessment of my back and was given take home exercises that left me in unbearable pain for the following week. After seeing another physio at a different clinic, I very quickly realised how poorly I was assessed at Papaya as my symptoms were very quickly alleviated from an in depth assessment elsewhere. I can't recommend Amanda enough. She's been amazing for my remedial massages. I float home every time! I'd love to book in more often but the cost of the massages are quite pricey. So it's more a treat for me every so often rather than a regular thing every other week.
My first visit was excellent. Christine really listened to what I needed help with and asked all the right questions. I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the appointment. Since then, I’ve recommended her to others as well.
I appreciated Jacinta Maxwell’s solid knowledge and approach to my issues. I look forward to our next appointment.
