Absolutely horrible customer service and beyond unprofessional. Ordered my child a school hoodie in what I thought was a youth xl that turned out to be an adult xl. The shop was unable to exchange it for the correct size so I chalked it up as a loss and placed a second order for the correct size that clearly states it is to be shipped to my child’s school on this order receipt. Son just started middle school and spirit wear is limited except online through papas sports. Bought 3 shirts for my son no customization. Upon arrival, only one is for a youth. Receipt does not say “adult” so had no idea (see receipt). Contacted papas to coordinate a swap and Glen said my only option was to rebuy. Make sure you are positive of what you are buying from their site as they are not customer friendly. I won’t again.
Just received my first embroidery job from Papas and it came out perfect. Quick service, quick production, perfect outcome and quick across the country delivery. Highly recommend. 😀 The picture is only a few that were left after my employees grabbed what they wanted. :)
These people are absolutely wonderful to work with!! We had a problem on the school side where lots of parents missed order deadline and they worked with us to open the site up again and allowed numerous late orders!! Really just wonderful above and beyond customer service!!!
Ordered my son's sweatshirt in September with his volleyball team. Added a customization to it of his first name and last initial. His sweatshirt was put on back order and I did not receive it until his game Friday night 10/28/22. My son wears a youth large in all clothing so that is what I ordered him. When I opened the sweatshirt it was too small to even fit my youngest son who wears a youth small and the customization was not on it.
