This guy is a total chiller. One of the most helpful people on the entire peninsula. I stopped in there not knowing what I was doing, and he explained everything to me + was just the most helpful guy I could possibly imagine. Definitely recommend this place for any of your small engine repair needs.
I’m blown away how this company has a 4.9 rating. I took my mower into them told them what was wrong. They said we need to charge you a diagnostic regardless. So I said okay, and asked how long before you take a look at it? He said a couple of weeks. Didn’t hear from them in over a month. Had to call them to see what was going on… Then they called and said it needs a new motor which I told them that from the get go. These guys have had a generator for months that they said would take a week or two to get to. I’m a paying customer… why do this? It’s sitting on your table. I brought the factory parts. Please get this done!
Took my gas line trimmer into Papa’s to see if I could get a tutorial on how to reload the line. (For the life of me, the string kept springing off! So embarrassing!) Very busy place, but Papa(?) took the time to explain and reload the spool, and start the trimmer up to make sure the bump feed was working. He refused payment! Love the atmosphere of the place. Everyone who came in while I was there was on a first name basis. Papas’ really takes care of their customers. Definitely deserves 5 stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
