Heard so much about this place, couldn’t wait to try it, and couldn’t be more disappointed. Aside from the horrible service, makes sense reading back the comments on the reviews and how distasteful the owners of this place are. But I’ll leave it at that
I will start with the pricing. They are way overpriced. A waffle cone is 9 dollars and a regular cone is 4 dollars when they brought them from the back there was barely any ice cream visible from the top of the cone. They dropped a cone on the floor and instead of throwing it out immediately the girl put it on the counter and a second girl put it back with the other cones. Had pretzels here once and they were good. I’ve stopped there multiple times after and they are always out of something. It’s 5pm Saturday and 80 degrees & stopped in again, they were out of cinnamon pretzels and “there was no unsalted pretzels in the walk in”. Idk how a pretzel business survives when their always out of something.
Great location and variety of pretzel items.
