Just ok. I have had pizza there several times on the buffet that was undercooked and still doughy or have had the buffet and there only is one pizza to choose from. Then I have been there and food was fine.. always a mystery there.
Papa's had really great food when they first came to Maiden, but after several management changes, they've settled into just being "average". They are far too complacent, mainly because they are the only pizza place in town.
