I was in the Dallas store Saturday called my how old are you went to pick it up, the order was not right , the remade it then gave it to the wrong person, only two people in restaurant over took a hour to get my order made it three times
Papa's has the best pizza—I'd choose it over any other, any day. I've been coming here for years and it’s always been a favorite! I understand that most of the staff are high-school aged, which is totally fine, but a few just haven't been the smartest cookies. That said, attention to detail can be hit or miss. What is up with the pizzas being so burnt like almost every other time you order now. It's starting to get a bit crazy. I would just stop ordering if my child didn't have autism making change hard for her. There pizza is way to expensive for this
The Italian sub was delightful customer service was very good and welcoming
