Let me start by saying the food has always been very good. We had papas cater our wedding. I placed the order 1.5 weeks in advance and was told it would be delivered with utensils and warming plates. Day of my wedding literally 30 minutes before I was about to walk down the aisle, (Joel?) called me and said he was the only driver and he would do “his best” to get our food there on time as long as he didn’t get a bunch of other orders.
