This is a post script to my previous review. After several months and 6 or 7 written requests I finally received my property back. Included with it was a snarky note from the doctor blaming me for his poor performance. You may very well be pleased with his service if all goes well. However, if a problem or dispute arises, be prepared for a real hassle. Let this be fair warning. My advice? Steer clear of this man. John W.
From his website and initial correspondence I thought I had found the right person to work on my precious heirloom clock. But, after he received my clock he refused for many months to respond to my emails until I received his invoice. I paid immediately and included an extra $52 for him to ship as per my instructions.
