This use to be my favorite Puerto Rican resturant in Chicago, but lately something is amiss. I place my order online today and then went to pick up my order, to my surprise the lady behind the counter said the cook had left therefore they canceled everyone’s order. I’m a bit confused here, why would you take orders only to then let the customer drive all the way there to tell them that your cook left therefore we canceled your order. I am beyond upset.
