Very disappointed with my experience at this mechanic shop. My car was there for almost 3 months, and I was repeatedly told that they would keep working on it every week. Unfortunately, weeks kept passing with little to no progress. Communication was also extremely frustrating. We called and sent messages many times and often could not reach anyone or get a response. Unfortunately, the option for one through five stars does not start with a zero otherwise they wouldn’t even have got one star. I bought a vehicle in the dealer wanted the vehicle to go to this shop to have the work done twice. My vehicle sat at this shop for almost 2 months for a transmission repair that popped up after I purchased a vehicle. I got excuse after excuse after excuse every single day and then one day.
