I bought a new Townhome from them. Paparone now sub contracts all their work. Material is cheap and quality of the work is horrible. Un-level flooring in the kitchen, bathrooms had to be re-done after finding out the workers ran all the piping incorrectly, shower floor also had to be redone due to not being installed properly. Decks were installed without the lag bolts attaching it to the house. They fight you whenever you call to have things fixed. They used to be good, yes. Not anymore, STAY AWAY!!!! Custom Building a House for the first time you really have no idea what to expect or what you want in your house. What I can say about my experience is that everything was truly custom. I was expecting them to have a pre-set plan and with only pre-fix changes. That is not the case Literally anything my wife and I could think of as a custom option was accommodated. From moving walls and doors to adding windows they never said no. Fantastic experience.

The team from sales agents to construction managers, to Bruce Paparone had our best interest at heart. “The customer comes first!” Our experience was seamless and even with an error encountered in the build, it was corrected within the week we found it and with no excuses, but instead a performance of correction. The value is outstanding as are the extra added features which is a Bruce Paparone Homes trademark.
