I took my 1982 Yamaha Virago 920 to Joe and he did a carb cleanout, spark plug change, and oil and filter. The final bill was a full 60% less then the bigger shops. Great job! I would recommend Paparos to anybody!

Joe was lazy and took two weeks to clean my carbs. He said that he would take care of an issue where the air intake was torn. When I got the bike back, it was leaking gas everywhere and still had the rip in the air intake. After paying him over $400, I returned to him and he said that I had to buy new valves for inside the carburetors. I have known Joe Paparo since the early 80's. He has done many project builds for me. I have never had any problems with any of the engines he has built. I raced myself for many years and used him exclusively. Good work Joe and crew. You will be seeing me again soon. Owner www.bluecargarage.com Troy Lied

Do not take your bike their unless its the only option. I took it there for oil and tire and then it would not start. They left me stranded for 45 minutes due to neglecting to tell me they could barely start it at lunch. $200 worth or carbwork later it only lasted a few days. another trip to the shop let it sit for a few days and it worked fine when he started it up. he could not find anything wrong. I took it for a test ride and it acted up again. he told me it was the petcock and that i needed a new one. He said i could ri... read more
