Brittany cut my hair and my best friend's hair to perfection. My best friend got medium layers. I gave her an artistic license to do whatever she thought would look best on me because I have had the same hairstyle for a while and needed a change. She did awesome and was very down-to-earth and friendly. Awesome customer service. She has a wonderful family and service dog too. About a year ago I went to Great clips and someone messed my hair uppppp. But I got it fixed today at this location and I’m so in love! Definitely 5 out of 5 for me
