If I could give zero stars I would. I called the belleville location and ordered my food ahead of time. The woman on the phone told me 20-25 minutes. My wife shows up to pick up the food and an hour later the food is still not ready. She proceeds to ask for her money back and the woman tells her it will be 2 more minutes so my we give the benefit of the doubt. Did a delivery order on the phone and ordered Rick’s wings and a papa deluxe pizza. Little did we know that the Waterloo location doesn't have a fryer so they can’t make them. We were never told that on the phone. We get our delivery and we had hot wings smothered in sauce. I can’t do spicy like that so needless to say I had to throw them away.
