This location doesn’t have the chicken shrimp combo like the lake in the hills location. While it could be Door Dash fault, I didn’t get an order of fries and 2L Orange Crush with the delivery. Also, the fried chicken was very dark like the oil in the fryer was too old to keep using. I received the fries and orange crush from the manager or owner. Fries are tiny quantity. Don’t order from this papa Saverios. Lake in the Hills location does a way better job.
Third time I’ve been there and they never have pepperoni slices for lunchtime.
Had an online order placed should have been ready in 30 minutes showed up 50 minutes later to ensure that it was ready. Got there and it was like they didn't even have it ready or know. Told me to wait. Then there was people coming in and out of the kitchen 🙄 to fill up there dri KS and cooks in the kitchen eating ... no gloves was some what concerning. The pizza was barely cooked either had to put it in my oven oven to finish it off.
