Customers for over 15 years but WON'T STEP A FOOT BACK IN!! It's okay because the pizza has been slacking the last few times.. The Richmond locations 'new' (nameless) manager HUNG UP on me, twice. When I asked to speak to the manager she said "I am the manager!" & refused to provide her name when I asked. She's rude and has terrible business/customer service skills. Based on that 2 minute conversation with your "manager", you've lost customers for life. I will NEVER recommend Papa Saverios to any future customers either. Nic... read more
Seems like the owner has lost their way they are only concerned with the gaming room I guess that's where they make most of their money
