Absolutely fantastic customer service! Friendly, fast and fair pricing.
Had a simple repair problem and Gary helped us and only charged us 10$. Very honest repair shop. They didn’t try to up charge us even though we were mostly women.
As we were driving home from a trip, we ran into some car issues and went through 6 different garages that couldn't help us. Papa's managed to squeeze us in day of ! The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, got our brakes and calipers fixed and changed very efficiently and the car is working great ! Truly Papa's Auto saviours
I still can't believe how fast service was! I needed a new radiator after some ice on the highway got underneath my car and cracked it - Guy at Papa's Automotive was very prompt with providing a quote that included a very agreeable price on parts and labour. That goes without mentioning that he could get a new one shipped in overnight! I really hope I won't need to bring my car in again any time soon but if I need repairs I'll definitely be going to Papa's Automotive on White Oak Drive.
