I still can't believe how fast service was! I needed a new radiator after some ice on the highway got underneath my car and cracked it - Guy at Papa's Automotive was very prompt with providing a quote that included a very agreeable price on parts and labour. That goes without mentioning that he could get a new one shipped in overnight! I really hope I won't need to bring my car in again any time soon but if I need repairs I'll definitely be going to Papa's Automotive on White Oak Drive. "DO NOT GO THERE." If i had the option of negative stars i would give it hundred of negative stars. The person who took my car in for inspection was rude and mean for no reason. No information was provided before hand about the hourly charges in cases i decline the full service after inspection. And when i asked my old car parts back that same person started yelling at me, I don't know if he even know that under Consumer protection act I can ask for that. I am not saying everyone working there is like that because then that ... read more
