Ordered from here multiple times. I ask ask for an additional side of dressing and it never comes. This time there was no dressing at all.
When I ordered they asked what type of cheese when I ordered pizza cheese didn't realize that was an extra when got the pizza cheese was overbearing and had hardly any pizza sauce. Then ordered the cheese sticks and they had so much salt/spice they were terrible. Really a waste of money!
This is maybe my 10th time coming here, all the time my order is made to how I ordered it to be. To forward; those being a 5 pc bambino breadstick, they have a deal to grab them for 2.50, it's cheap, and delicious specifically when it's toasted a bit more. It's truly a Papa & Son Pizza shop ( Papa Romano's ) and the Sons are always on top of their jig, excellent service all the time, excellent food, and the team is great. Normally Papa Romano's is excellent. Today not so much. Ordered an xl, a large and bread. Waited for them and was told after 15 -20 minutes it was gonna be a longer because one of thd pizzas didn't make it in the oven but he would get it in right now. I asked if the other one was gonna be cold waiting on that he said absolutely not. He was wrong. When you order an xl here they give it to you in two boxes, a large and small.
