Normally Papa Romano's is excellent. Today not so much. Ordered an xl, a large and bread. Waited for them and was told after 15 -20 minutes it was gonna be a longer because one of thd pizzas didn't make it in the oven but he would get it in right now. I asked if the other one was gonna be cold waiting on that he said absolutely not. He was wrong. When you order an xl here they give it to you in two boxes, a large and small. Will always recommend to people. The customer service is amazing Christian was helping me and Antonio greeted me when i walked in while he was making my order. The food is even better, has me coming back every time their hot honey sauce on the pizza is one of the best i’ve ever had
