They were sent to us by insurance company to repair a leak in the ceiling, repair was done and we paid $950.00 for the service, the plumber never put the silicone back on the pipe joint and left. Initially there was fire proof silicone on the joint which is a safety code. I called them and the lady doesn’t want to talk over the phone, while I’m talking to her, she told me to put the phone down and she will reply through email only. We just had an encounter today in the highway with papa plumbing's driver and he almost cause a crash as he wanted to cut in front of us.He wasnt looking he just drove like crazy. Im pregnant and thats just reckless driving. U almost take 3 lives by doing that. I hope the managers talk to their drivers.

Professional, quick and responsive. Was a difficult leak to locate, but the tech was able to come back after the original appointment to double check and fixed an active leak, which have been very stressful for us. Thank you again.

THANK YOU, JAMIE, AND TEAM! When we discovered a leak dripping into our dining room, we contacted Papa Plumbing. Within an hour, Jamie arrived to survey the problem. He cut into the ceiling and quickly tracked down the source. Our toilet seal was the culprit. Jamie checked our other two toilets and said that they all had poor seals.
