They charged me $2300 for a gas hot water heater with a 6 year warranty. They charged me an additional $ 2000 to check the furnace and get permits for everything. They paid for the permit but never completed the inspection. Why? 3 possibilities: why bother? I had already paid. Or their workers were not qualified. Or they didn't trust their work. The installer told me there was

Not professional at all. I just called them to solve a small problem of my furnace. After inspection, the whole mashine can not start at all. And the guy just leave me a super expensive repair plan. Finally we found by ourselves that the guy changed the setting switch into test mode.
