The service was horrible! Called on order and the pizza wasn’t ready when we arrived. We had to wait an extra 25 minutes. No excuse for bad service!
Terrible service. The manager has no customer skills whatsoever. In fact she's very ornery! I implore you to not support this store until a change is made! They got our pizzas wrong (again!) and we didn't notice until we got home. The only offer was for us to drive all the way back and they would put the right toppings back on the pizza. No apology, no coupon, no new pizza, no free pizza, nothing. Some of the worst customer service i've ever experienced anywhere. This store is destroying the good name of a great company.
