We went in happy and came out half an hour later very angry like about 10 other people before us. I understand that it is busy and there are call ins but one of the girls was doing nothing but dancing, laughing, singing and talking about who texted who and boys. We don't care. We want our pizza. She was holding up the line and just in the way. So annoying to see when there are 15 people crammed in the lobby staring at her and getting upset. We use this Papa Murphy's whenever we have a crowd to feed. My experience has been of decent pizza, for a good price, and the workers are generally friendly and helpful. There was only one time where I felt like those kids were moving really slow for a busy Friday night, but I eventually got my pizza and everyone was happy.
So I called in a heart breaker pizza today and asked if I could I could have xtra cheese minus pep. They make their pizzas why wouldn't this be ok? Girl says they are premade I said I will be dwn to get one and then get told it will be ready in twenty five min! I thought they were pre made. In my opinion the employees are immature and we were treated very rude. We will never be back.
