Terrible experience! Ordered AND paid for it online, showed up when the email confirmed the order would be ready but NO PIZZA! Nobody even acknowledged I was there at the pickup area. When I inquired if my pizza was ready there was a flurry of checking and confusion, I was repeatedly asked when I ordered it, showed the email confirming pickup at 5:45 yet still stood there for 15 minutes watching others come in, order and walk out with their pizza before mine was available.
