I decided to visit for the first time in months when i got the ad with a bunch of coupons and an advertisement for their $5 Fridays. We called in our order and when picking up the order we were charged $17 for the pizza and a cookie dough. When we inquired about the $5 Friday ad they claimed it was a "misprint" and that they wouldn't honor the ad. How could they improve? Basic customer service.
