In general, I think it's ridiculous that Papa Murphy's takes online orders and complete those orders while customers in the store are waiting. I came in last night and ordered a New York style pizza with only pepperoni on it, and it took upwards of 15 minutes. The lady in front of me actually order the same thing and they served me first. I apologized to her for you.
