Thanks for the info – I recently received coupons in the mail for Papa Murphy's, but thanks to the reviews I read, the only thing thing the coupons are good for is recycling. Thanks for your reviews Frantitze and Akwendt. Have a nice day.

Best pizza EVER and the GREAT customer service – I was one of the employees working that night and it was pretty funny how crazy this lady went.....Papa murphys is the greatest thing ever dont listen to her

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE – I wanted to add to the comment on Bryce the evening of August 21, 2008. Not only were we in front of the store at 8:05 she was standing at the door knocking and they were right inside and obviously saw her. No acknowledgement what so ever, never came to the door. Very rude, so she did call them We saw the pizza sitting in the warmer. Obviously this manager or I believe he said assistant manager didn't care about customer service or the owners pocket book. Bryce would not come to the door to let us pick up the pizza we had ordered – I was visiting a friend and Phoenix who had never tried Papa Murphys Take and Bake. I told her how good it usually was and she agreed to try it. We ordered a pizza about 7:45 on a Thursday night. The order taker said it would take about 10 minutes, but did NOT mention that we needed to hurry because they would be closing at 8 pm. We arrived to pick it up at 8:10.
