Normally I love the place, but our last pizza was totally wrong. Didn't realize it until I was about to put it in the over. 1st world, "Karen" problem, I know, but I thought it was worth a mention.

Completely unprofessional employee. I called in to order my family pizza. As I am on the phone ordering the employee I was talking to listened to my first two pizza orders. Then the employee started laughing on the phone.. I was confused and heard other employees laughing in the background, I stated that he needed to be more professional. i called in an order and explained that we are all 3 Immune compromised and could I pick up the pizza with exact change and have them hand it to me through the door way I was told absolutely not. Evidently they have a booming business right now and don’t need to think about their elderly communities safety. This is not typical treatment in our small town. i’m hoping the manager will return my call as he is at home. I called in for a large pepperoni pizza a bit before 5. I was told it would be 30 minutes. I arrived around 5:50ish to no salads, no bread, no desserts, an entry full of people, and when I got to the front of the line... no pizza. I was told that I would need to wait 15 more minutes, As the young man pulled my ticket out from under MANY others and then set it under another pile.
