Very dissatisfied with our experience tonight. Ordered online from Hendersonville tn location. Got email confirmation (and my card was charged) at 441, email says ready at 508 My wife is there now (530) to pick up, people say there is no record of order "sometimes they take a long time to pop up". Very rude, no apologies, like it's our fault. The people didn't even offer to make ours next - told wife they're putting our order in queue, then proceed to make other orders. What's the point of ordering in advance??
Papa Murphys is way better pizza than any of the other chains and cheaper too. Friendly staff and pizza was ready quickly. I like the take and bake idea
