It's been better The place is always clean, but it seems that in the last few years the service has went downhill. When they first opened, quality of service was very high. But it doesn't seem as high now. It takes longer to get my pizza, even if I am the only one there. The food is still good, but without the service, it isn't as good.
Literally every time I order they mess something up. We moved to faribault in April and we've ordered at least a dozen times and they've never gotten it right. If it's not made incorrectly, they're completely out of an ingredient. One time I ordered a club salad and the guy who made it, 15 minutes later than the quoted time, asked me what went on the salad. Today it's thier garlic sauce, at least they called this time, to say we can either change the order or wait an extra hour. This is the final straw we will never be back.... read more
