The first Papa Murphy's I visited was wonderful. The store was clean, the ingredients were fresh, and the smell was amazing. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, this store is 500 miles away from me, and I have been searching for a similar store ever since. Every Papa Murphy's seems to have angry people working there. Every time I try to order online it will not go through so I have to call in my order and it winds up costing quite a bit more even though it is not my fault that they have a crap website. It seems like every time I do call I get the same rude as hell girl. By the time I hang up I am trying to keep myself from driving down there and ******* **** ***** *** ****** *** ******* ***. January 2, 2017 I tried to order pizza online. Price total was $11.50. The fine print stated "Final price on payment page"! I filled in my email, name & phone number then clicked "next" for the payment page. The price total had increased $5 for the pizza! The computer generated comment stated " We've retrieved the best pricing in the store and there was an increase." So I called the store and spoke with the manager. Enid, OK store #37017 7:30pm 8/19/16 Store out of salad w/spinache. Out of croutons. GArden salad I ended up with had wilted lettuce.

First of all I would like to say that the pizzas are great, but the service lacks and trying to order online is a disaster. Every time I order online and enter my credit card expiration date, the form only allows 2 digits. I try to place my order and it comes back with please enter valid 6 digits which of course it wont let me do. So I call my order in and have my wife pick it up, she gets there and says that I ordered a pizza online and is it ready.
