My initial experience with Papa Kenny’s was positive; however, my subsequent interactions have been deeply disappointing and reflect a lack of professionalism. On multiple occasions, technicians arrived at my home without making any effort to knock or ring the doorbell. We went through 3 other companies, Papa Kenny’s was the fourth company who came out to take a look, they were THE BEST ONES HANDS DOWN! Efficient, knowledgeable, honest & caring, and they didn’t try to scam us out of hundreds of dollars like Affordable AC did or E & A Mechanical did. Affordable Heat & Air Conditioning tried telling us we needed a new part which would have cost us $1200 if we went with them.
