Very good atmosphere, with a great selection of authentic italian food and wine. Prices are fair with big portions. Our waitress was very accomadating and we had a coupon to top it off.

Horrible – Skip it and save yourself the frustration and heartburn. Went with a big group from work that was prearranged so that they could be prepared. They weren't. The food was bad, cold, and was delivered over the course of an hour-and-a-half - so entrees were served sometimes 30 minutes apart at the same table! All service staff appeared to care less, but the bar tending staff ruined the night for all by being belligerent.

Excellent, Done Right – All of the bread is made fresh daily. The ingredients are superb. I have tried numerous items on the menu and have found them all to be exquisite. PaPa J's does Italian food right. They use simplistic, perfected recipes; thus, they offer a true authentic Italian dining experience. I have not found too many matches, save for Roma, Italy.

Good pizza - Bad seafood – Our order: fried zucchini app, wedding soup, mussels marinara, lg pepperoni pizza Pizza was very good. Crust light an airy, fresh. Sauce had the traditional italian kick that only fresh sauce can, ample cheese and toppings. Yum! Mussels were bad. Smelled and tasted sour. Mgr replaced with shrimp salad that was ok but nothing to write home about. Stick to the pizza, Papa J's. We'll be back! But I doubt we'll order seafood again...lol

Excellent Food – The cooking style was very Southern Italy. The pasta, sausage, and sauce was excellent and tasted homemade. I would definately take my customers to the restaurant.

Excellent! – I have had nothing but great experiences at PaPa J's. This is by far my favorite place to take family, friends and co-workers. I love the white pizza, spinach and feta pasta, veal meatballs...I could go on and on.. They do make their bread fresh everyday. I see the baker there at 6:30 on my way to work. The staff is always friendly and considerate, my food is always hot and delicious and I am always happy, as well as my guests. Not recommended at all... – I went to this restaurant for a date, and it was awful... The service was horrible, and they were not even busy. The food was cold when delievered to us and my pasta had a hair in it... when my date informed the waitress, she said she would get a new plate but never returned... We ended up having to pay our (ridiculosly high, and not a cent off for the hair issue) bill to the manager as we left, because she never came back. Awful Experience! – We went there for lunch today expecting a nice meal. I chose the talapia sandwich. After waiting for what seemed to be a half hour, my sandwich came. Upon inspection I noticed what appeared to be MOLD on my bread. I decided not to make a scene, as there were many other patrons in the dining room. But also our waitress did not even come back to our table. We actually had to walk to the front and request our bill.
