Papa J and Nana J came to my site at Old Salem campground and fixed an A/C unit that hadn’t worked in awhile. Took him no time to diagnose it and had the part the next day and running. Very efficient work done and probably saved me money if I had taken it to a shop! Good Christian people!
Advertised the listing for a customer and said the only thing they didn't fix was one of the ACs. False advertisement. Have had numerous problems. Even stated in front of several people they had to change the converter around, rigged a temporary thing for me to get water which did not hold so had to call another tech to fix that, control panel never worked, furnace never worked, spent numerous hours here then said they only put in a new battery.
My husband and I recently used Papa J's for what started as a black tank leak, (yes gross) props to them for even taking my call! Haha! Not only were we out of the immediate service area but they also had to come deal with something stinky. Upon their arrival for the first call their professionalism was noticed immediately! For months, we planned a camping trip that would take us two weeks to make. However, at our first stop (Hard Labor State Park) on Sunday afternoon, we found we had a significant leak at our water intake panel. We contacted Papa J's rv tech (a husband and wife team), and they were able to show up Monday afternoon to attempt to fix the leak without success.
