Ordered pizza not only did it take forever but when we called staff was very unprofessional and rude. I do understand being busy and things can possibly take longer than expected that’s not the problem I understand that but the being rude when asking about my food.
I always pick up my order when I get Papa John's and it is always ready within a reasonable amount of time. However, I chose to place a delivery order a couple hours in advance with a specific delivery time requested. My order was not started until after the delivery time. I called to speak with someone about it and they told me they were waiting on a doordash driver (this was 15 minutes AFTER my order should have arrived).
