I always pick up my order when I get Papa John's and it is always ready within a reasonable amount of time. However, I chose to place a delivery order a couple hours in advance with a specific delivery time requested. My order was not started until after the delivery time. I called to speak with someone about it and they told me they were waiting on a doordash driver (this was 15 minutes AFTER my order should have arrived). They have the rudest people in that place can’t even place an order or pick up without an attitude. If I could give zero stars I would without a doubt.
