The driver forgot part of our order. In addition, they left the pizza on the front porch without knocking or ringing the bell. When I found the pizza, ants had also found it. I tried to call the store, but after being on hold for 20 minutes, no one answered, so I hung up. I tried the support chat, and was told to call the store. I said no one answered the phone so they directed me to another site for a survey. It seems unlikely that I will get any refund. Never ordering again.
Ordered from Uber Eats. Wings are cooked perfectly.
This location just can’t seem to get it right. Who cuts a pizza like this? How is it even possible?? It’s just hilarious at this point.
Great manager good food better at papa johns
Two elderly people running the store did not talk or check in with people at front. By the time we got the pizza it was cold, uncut properly and the toppings all fall off the pizza. Very terrible experience. Very slow. Would not recommend.
