Horrible customer service. The pizza was not good and the manager said, “ Well if you want another one, you’re gonna have to pay for it.” We will never order from them again.
RecommendedWe order from here all of the time. Normally the pizza is good. Our only gripe is that someone needs to train the employees how to cut pizza correctly or have them use a cutting guide. We are a bit tired of having to recut the pizza to provide similar portions to our kids to stop the fighting.
I paid over $20 for pizza to be delivered and it's burnt. We are sick just needed something good. Very disappointed today!
I ordered a pizza and they actually cooked it, cut it and delivered it, without cheese!!! Wtf were yall thinking?!
I had a FLY baked into my pizza and didn't notice until after we ate some of the pizza.. Zack the manager offered to make me another pizza and I DIDNT WANT THAT!!! He refunded me the 2.92 in taxes and delivery fee o paid and that's it!! I asked for the manager only to find out that he was the manager so I asked for corporates number and he went to the back to call his boss then come back to me and tell me fix boss said they don't take calls at corporate that I had to go online to contact them which isn't true!!!!
