Always ready on time when I pick it up. No waiting.
Usually food is very good. However this Monday not so much.
Seems to arbitrarily decide if a Papa John's driver or door dash driver will deliver your food, and two companies apparently have differing delivery policies. The store here has different delivery rules than any PJs that I have worked or ordered from in 5 states,and does not do anything to let the customer know about them until the driver arrives. Actual PJ drivers at rude, as was the manager when trying to get my food redelivered, and ask that an apology be relayed to the driver for my shortness due to stores lack of commun... read more
Ordered delivery, 45 minutes past time giving for delivery, pizzas were cold, not lukewarm but cold! Tried to call was left on hold for 25 minute. Don’t waste your money!!!!
