I want to share my experience at this Papa John’s because I feel the way I was treated was completely unnecessary and disrespectful. There is a lady who works there who was extremely rude to me. There is also a gentleman who works there who has always been nice and respectful, so this is not about everyone at the location. I had just finished playing soccer and was sweating a lot. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Papa John’s. I ordered chicken, and when I bit into it, I realized it was undercooked and had visible mold on it. This is a serious food safety issue that should never happen. Not only was the quality unacceptable, but it also made me worry about the cleanliness and food handling practices at this location. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their quality control so no one else has to experience something like this. I definitely won’t be returning

I do not recommend placing orders here at this store every single time I do an online order and I go to pick up they never have it and also a woman today with my kids was very rude. You’re not a five star restaurant to tell me my kids can’t walk in and out of there. They have issues they need to work on.

Awesome Pizza and Excellent Wings! Food was ready quickly and tasted fresh, well prepared, and overall good food.
